So this week we had a Snow Day on Wednesday yet again, and we decided to come in on Saturday to make it up. This absolutely sucked, but we absolutely had to do it and I think it went very well. We cut down to 22 films, which is better than I thought we'd do - I was afraid we'd be hard-pressed to even get down to half (32). There are still some quiet people in the class who don't talk much about their thoughts, but I think we had a good and beneficial conversation.
We are now $84 short in funds because BYOFF didn't make as much as we'd hoped. I think everyone who went had a good time, it was just oddly placed because of the snow/power outages/early time/super coldness. I am hoping that Audra makes this up at the bake sales we'll be doing, but if not, we'll have to get creative. I'm going to get more t-shirt quotes tomorrow since we are now at about only $800 for t-shirts ... I'll see what I can do. Good news is we're supposed to have good weather this week, so I hope that will make up for our lost Valentines Day-themed bake sale we had to cancel last week. High of 72 Wednesday! (!!!!!)
