There is probably some stuff I am forgetting already. This week was exciting because it turns out we are over on our budget (woo hoo regional film selections), so we got more money for Hospitality! This is great since catering is avoiding me about our $500 historical donation. I am going to take Anna in for a visit with me this week if they don't contact me.
I also think I have a lead for t-shirts - CreateMyTee.com. I'm ordering a bunch of merch from them - combining Visions stuff with orders I'm doing for UNCW Dance Company - so I think I will be able to finagle a discount. Plus their district manager, Gary, rocks. He's been very prompt and helpful...I suppose we will see for sure when I order next week!
Video Race and website team decided the best way to do sign-up is to embed a Google Form in the website. Since the campaign opens over Spring Break, I decided to hold a quick meeting outside of class with Art, PR, and Video Race to make sure that everyone was on track. I hope the campaign rolls out well!
